The Clear Fork Christian Preschool is currently licensed by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services. A copy of the license is posted on the bulletin board right inside the side door entrance to the preschool. Also posted is the inspection and compliance report and any complaint investigation reports should they occur. The laws and rules governing Child Care Centers are available at the preschool for review upon request. According to our license, CFCP shall provide staff members to give continuity of care and supervision to the children. There shall be at all times, the nature of the activity notwithstanding, at least one staff member for every 14 children and a maximum group size of 28 for the 4/5 year old class and one staff member for every 12 children and a maximum of 24 for the 3/4 year old program.
The licensing period, including but not limited to compliance report forms from ODJFS and evaluation forms from the health, building and fire departments that inspect the center is available upon request from ODJFS.
